Trademarks and independence

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange Web Services, Entra and Microsoft Graph are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. SHEV Software is an independent provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by Microsoft, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement by Microsoft.

Where this site describes Microsoft’s published plans, it links the primary source and states the date it was last read. Microsoft’s own documentation always takes precedence.

Scope of the service

The audit is an independent technical and organisational review of evidence you supply. It is not legal advice, not a compliance certification, not a security assessment and not a warranty that any particular configuration is safe. Decisions about your tenants remain yours and go through your own change control.

Content

This site is prepared with care and reviewed against primary sources, but it describes a moving target. No liability is accepted for decisions taken solely on the basis of a public web page. If a specific decision matters, ask for it in writing within an engagement, where it comes with the evidence and the limitations attached.

Business customers only

This service is offered to businesses acting in the course of their trade, not to consumers. EU consumer alternative-dispute-resolution rules are therefore not engaged, and no ADR body has been committed to. (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, which some sites still link to, was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and no longer exists.)
